Just to recap, once per week (no specific day), I will post a list of articles, books, videos, resources that have captured my attention over the past week.

Protocol for boosting your testosterone:

2 prong cycle:

Super Miraforte for 10 weeks
2 caps 2X a day for 2 weeks
3 caps 2X a day for 3 weeks

2 caps 2X a day for 1 week

And on week 5 start a 10 week cycle of Form X
